SECURITY INTERESTS: Shown on title held by lien holder.
LICENSE REGISTRATION: Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles, 120 State Street, Montpelier, Vermont 05603. Tel: (802) 828-2000.
RECOVERY REQUIREMENT: As per UCC, Vermont repossession allowed without committing a breach of the peace.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR LIQUIDATION: Title, Repossession Affidavit, Bill of Sale and Title with Lien released.
PLATES: Remain with debtor.
